Learning the art of presenting on air helps our students discover their voice, build communication skills, and express their individuality in ways that are both empowering and fun. The RadioVoice program is designed to help people living with disabilities gain hands-on experience in every aspect of broadcasting. From setlist selection and scriptwriting to researching artists and songs, our students put in hours of thoughtful preparation to craft their own unique shows. Each program is a personal reflection of their taste, storytelling style, and growing confidence behind the microphone. RadioVoice is about more than producing great radio — it’s about building skills for life. Students learn to plan, communicate, problem-solve, and work as part of a supportive team, and every broadcast becomes an opportunity to celebrate ability, creativity, and achievement. Through radio, our presenters learn that their voices matter — and that sharing them can inspire others, shift perceptions, and create real change. RadioVoice is an inclusive program designed to empower people to reach their goals through creativity, media, and community connection.
